I hired big zero to remove a hornets nest. They originally stated they could take care of it. They came, sprayed it, and were suppose to come back 3 months later to remove it. I started paying for monthly bug maintenance. Over a year later the hornets nest was still there and Lexie (the office manager) stated they actually didn’t have the equipment to remove it. So the original problem was never completed. Wouldn’t recommend their company.
