Mr. Simmerman resolved several issues around my property: hung a new exterior door, repaired a wall and molding in one of my bathrooms, repaired the porch ceiling damaged by a broken misting system and erected a custom cable frame for a shade tarp in my entry. Each job was done beautifully. He worked steadily, used his time effectively, was very neat and even hauled off the old door. He had all the right tools and was adept at using them. He was very courteous. friendly and flexible. I will definitely I have no reservations about recommending him for your handyman jobs.

We had a huge "cubby" in the wall of our bedroom for an old-style tube tv. We didn't want to just cover it with our new large flat screen tv, because the "cubby" was still taking up a large chunk of our master closet on the other side of the wall. Simmerman Handyman to the rescue. Our master closet is huge now, and our flat-screen tv is hung neatly on the wall, no cables showing, with perfectly matched drywall, texture and paint. It looks like it was built that way from day one. Just as importantly, the process was very professional. The masking, draping, and overall cleanliness during the job was excellent, which was critical because we were still sleeping in that same bedroom while the project was going on. Overall, an excellent experience, and highly recommended for almost any kind of job.
