The work performed was ok (a little slow but quality ok). The problem came when I got my bill, I was over billed on time, over billed for materials and charged for mileage when I was told by the electrician not to worry about going to the store for parts myself because it was included. When I asked for an itemized list for materials (it was for 1 outlet install, not a major project) I was told they would have to charge me for their time to calculate the material costs (should't that have already been done to figure out the bill??) wouldn't use them if you don't have to. They hire outside people to do the work anyway, might as well just hire the people directly. The electrician was wearing another company's shirt.
