I would never refer Division 7 for anything. owner lies, and overcharges for little to no work done. Charges 600+ $ to look and roof/ tarp one section of roof that didn't need covered. Got denied by insurance and ended up with more holes in my roof than before. Owner stammered and fumbled his words constantly, I think he was drunk and high on something. Do yourself a favor and avoid Division 7.

This is a good company, operated by good people. That's the simple truth. . I'll be honest, I saw a post from Division 7 on social media I didn't agree with, and harassed them for it. In return I received the warmest, most human response I could have imagined. I don't have the pleasure of living Iowa to hire this great company. But if you do, you absolutely should, because this a company of integrity.

Luke Anderson, owner of Building Resource Group claims he has been in business for 10, 11, or 22 years, depending on which social media site , WordPress, Linkedin etc....... I read. Building Resource Group was formed Oct 2, 2007, dissolved, Aug 9, 2011 and reinstated May 15, 2016. Luke Anderson registered Building Resource Group with Iowa Workforce Development for the first time March, 2017, as required by Iowa Law and the only business registered by Luke Anderson. Division 7 was formed May 11, 2017. This information is of public record. Anderson came to McGregor, Iowa, July 20, 2017, the day after McGregor was hit by a Tornado. The residence of McGregor who signed a contract with him, deeply regrets it. The work he has had done by non-employee's is pathetic and not finished. Luke Anderson and an employee put plastic on one window at a friends rental after my friend signed a contingency agreement with Building Resource Group. The employee introduced Anderson as his boss. Anderson did not introduce himself as the owner to the tenant. There were 3 other broken windows. The charge for that one window covered with used plastic, $434.00. Th tenant had to cut of the excess plastic that was hanging down and blowing in the wind. Afterwords Anderson and the employee, his Production/Quality Control guy, sat and drank beer with the tenant. The same thing happened at my friends residence. No introduction and a charge of over $1,900. for 3 tarps on the porch, roof of the house and the garage. There were several broken window that were not covered. Iowa law states is a county has been declared a disaster, there are consequences for price gouging and for false misrepresentation.
