We needed help with a property we manage long distance. It was severely damaged by a tenant. Trying to manage repairs from California was difficult to start with but Eric was very communicative in keeping us up to date and informed as to what was going on. Great work at what we feel was a fair price. We are appreciative of his service and great results. Would highly recommend him and Ryka!
