They installed a 12 x 18 deck for me. They were always on time and very helpful. They worked around my schedule. I would recommend using Culp Family Construction. I liked them so much that I'm having them come back and paint the interior of my home.

A contract was signed and a 50% deposit was paid to the company. They provided multiple excuses and did not show up. Additionally, multiple calls have been left unanswered. They made no attempt to reschedule or refund the deposit that they received.

A 50% deposit was made and then they were no show and no call to reschedule 2x. Calls, texts and emails went unanswered. Finally I was able to get my CC bank to refund my money. Made a complaint to BBB as well, Case 42080601

In Aug. 2017 I came home from work to find my ceiling leaking from a busted water line in a 2nd floor bath room.I called several plumbers and handy man services at 7pm at night in July 2017. I only got their voice mail. I then came across Handyman Connect...
