Problem with a sewer line. While they did clear the line, the problem came back in 6 weeks. Their report on the problem was not detailed enough to show what further needed to be done. They charged $400 for a camera to determine the problem, but said there was a line “offset” and did not show the location of this connection. When asked to come back and dig up the line to perform needed repairs, they did NOT show up as scheduled. They further told us that they needed to come back to perform an estimate for the work. Sorry, that dog don’t hunt gents. You did camera work and told us the basement floor would need to be broken to check the underground connection on 2 pipes. My take on this is Webb plumbers want to cherry pick the easy work and give excuses for difficult projects. They were paid over $800 to clear a blocked line and then did NOT SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! Poor customer service !!
