We are capable of placing and finishing colorized textured concrete over existing wood deck or installing a full on maintenance free elevated concrete deck. Removing existing wood handrails and installing iron, metal and aluminum newel post and balustrades. When completed our terraces provide permanent maintenance free terraces and decks with the added feature of dry storage below or additional outdoors entertainment space. And to access either the upper or lower terraces created we can provide beautiful curved or spiral staircase.
