Have you ever seen the TV shows where investors buy houses, fix them up and sell or rent them to new families? MS Construction helps those investors fix those houses up. We also provide in-home maintenance services for the property management side of the business. We do this by receiving work orders electronically, accepting the work order, contacting the tenant to arrange a time to evaluate the item and apply corrective maintenance or repair. Photos are taken of the damaged item and after repair. MS CONSTRUCTION NC LLC operates under a General Liability insurance policy and Workers Compensation insurance.

  | Morton Overlook Porch Design Build | Mar 2016 | Homeowner found rain blowing in thru the tapered side of shed screened porch. Three feet of the floor space was unusable after moving porch furniture away from the windy side. Solution: Demo existing 14x12 screen porch with shed roof. Design and build new low profile gabled roof with 24" rafter tails, re-screen, install new shingle roof and use existing outdoors stairs. Install tongue and groove ceiling, wrap beams, walls and post with fiber cement and paint. Replace exterior door to living area with double french door. | $12k | Charlotte, NC |
  | Overlook at Mt Island Lake Porch and Deck | Oct 2015 | Homeowner found the existing family room off the kitchen was too small for entertaining. The 12x12 open deck was outside the living area wall. Solution: Design and build gabled screen porch over existing deck. Demo a portion of the exterior wall, add structural LVL support and install a three panel PGT slider system which "pockets" on the outside. Add 12x18 deck. Install 4x7 EZ Breeze windows in porch to offer four season use. Design and build new deck with lattice wrap.
