CORLEY CONTROLS

My mother contacted them today, as her air conditioner had quit working. She has always used Corley Controls when Jason owned the company. The new owner was rude, short on the phone, and started with she was 3rd in line and if she wanted them to come today, it would be $188 service call and they would not be there until 12-1 AM. If she waited till tomorrow, it would be $88 service call. He was so rude on the phone they finally hung up on him and found another company to do the work. Poor customer service and attitude sounds like the new norm under new ownership at Corley Controls. I understand you may be busy, but you just lost a long term customer due to your attitude on the phone.

Recently, my HVAC has been giving me issues during the summer and not cooling properly. I decided it was time to replace this old unit with a newer model. I called Corely Controls on July 2, 2015 to schedule an appointment for consultation. I was greeted with a polite tone and we made an appointment for the following Monday 7-6-15. On Monday I never received a call from Corely as promised. I called them and was told that their consultant was out sick for the day and asked if I could reschedule. I did for that Thursday. I received a call Thursday morning from the receptionist thinking that the tech was on his way. Wrong! I was told that they were not coming to my home because they were booked and didn't know when they could get there. She told me with an unsympathetic tone in her voice to just find someone else and rushed me off the phone. I found this to very unprofessional especially after I have altered my work schedule twice to make the appointments that they failed to deliver on. If the workload was that heavy Corley should have known well in advanced and told me this during our first call instead of continuing to reschedule with me and later telling me that they were not going to meet with me. This is probably how they treat past customers who do not sign up for their extended warranties or maintenance plans.
