Avoid this company, it is a scam. Bob has taken advantage of dozens of people. The high ratings and A+ BBB grade is a lie. Bathstone has a F BBB rating and many complaints of Bob stealing money. Bathstone did a very sloppy job remodeling my bathroom. Bob agreed that it was poorly done and told us to buy additional materials and he would fix the mistakes. After several weeks of delays he text me and said he was not coming back and blocked me. I have text messages and photos. Please do not use this company the price is right but not worth the headache you will end up paying more. The floors and entire shower needs to be redone cost is estimated over $4,000.
