Called to get an estimate. They sent a guy out who was very friendly to take a look, and he said he'd follow up with us that later that day with the quote. Things went downhill fast from there. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them just to get the estimate. After nearly a dozen phone calls with their extremely unhelpful and useless receptionist, Laura, who appears to hate her job and never followed up as promised, they finally sent an estimate. Of course the estimate was more than $2000 more than what the guy told us in person it would be when he came out. If they are this bad before they've even taken money for services, I can only imagine how bad the actual service must be.

We waited a weak for our appointment. The owner of the company came and did the inspection of our roof leak. He marked several areas that he said were problems with chalk and took videos which he showed me and explained what he thought might need to be done. He asked for my email and phone numbers and told me he would email his inspection and estimate for work. After several days, nothing. I sent a text and nothing. I waited a couple of days and called requesting the promised inspection and estimate. We then received a text message simply saying they could not do our job. What???? You wasted my time, acted like you knew what you were doing, made a commitment to provide the inspection results and estimate and they just blew us off!! Homeowners--Beware of this company!!!!
