| New Construction Home | Jan 2014 | Working in a high end, new construction home I repainted the fireplace, mantel and surrounding structure, as well as trim. I also stained and clear-coated the staircase, banister, risers and trills. I put a beautiful finish on the large island in the kitchen with 5 coats of lacquer. | Large Custom Home Inside and Out | Jan 2012 | Worked on large custom older home with addition that doubled the square footage of the house. In older section of home, I stripped all the windows, shutters and trim, put in new plaster and repainted everything to blend the older home in with the new addition. I also refinished all the cabinetry, refinished a custom desk and custom closet. Additionally, I ground down, prepped and put 2 coats of industrial floor coating on the basement floor.
