Tone Setter Services

Average lawn cutting services. Very poor management. Problems with invoicing and a lack of communication by management created unnecessary conflict. I would recommend going elsewhere for lawn care services.

***DO NOT HIRE*** My 75 year old father hired tone setter to cut his grass this spring (for 2020 growing season). They came out once or twice to cut then stopped showing. My Dad called and left messages but no one called him back. I got involved when I noticed my Dad's grass was over 8" tall and spoke with Brian on Wednesday, June 3. He told me they would be out Thursday or Friday. On Monday the following week I called because the grass had still not been cut and Brian blamed it on his foreman and stated he would call me back. Of course, Brian did not call me back and it's obvious they are blowing us off. I'm a career Facilities Manager and have spent over 35 years working with contractor partners, including landscapers. I've never worked with a firm so unprofessional and disrespectful toward the customer. It's obvious this company has no integrity, does not understand commitments, or contracts. Based on my experience working with landscapers, there are much better options like Precision Landscaping (Casco) or Sinacori (Shelby).

If I could give them a zero I would! They destroyed our lawn and instead of apologizing or offering to fix it. They said we will send you a bill. They never showed when they said they would and they cut down flowers that we had for 40 plus years...without even asking if it was a flower. The most unprofessional business I have ever came across.
