Charles Otstott (aka Safe Electrical) is the best! I first used his services under stressful circumstances and Charles was very patient. Charles is great with suggestions when he is confronted with the phrase "I don't really know what I want." After moving into a new home, Charles came and did a complete electrical inspection (much more intensive than the pre-buy home inspection.) Much had to be up-dated, which was done promptly and with much care and attention. I hope never to have to use any other electrician than Charles Otstott (aka Safe Electrical.)

Charles and his crew have completed over 40 electrical jobs for me in three years. YES 40 and i am always more than satisfied. I run Special Spaces in Illinois. Special Spaces is a nonprofit that decorates dream bedrooms for children with a life threatening illness. Sometimes it is a simple fix like hanging a chandelier but many times what should be simple is actually much more complicated and Charles and his staff always know how to fix it and always do it in a safe, economical and clean fashion. After purchasing our 90+ year old house, we needed to have our entire house rewired. Charles and his team were very professional and understood how older houses are wired. He always explained what they were doing. He is by far one of the most courteous workman we've ever hired.
