Installation of locks Installation of 3 door mail box Fabrication of metal fence that will contain 3 channels,spindles, points,ball caps(specifications above) Fabrication of three metal doors That will contain 3 channels,spindles,single box,pipe handle security,points,spring for self close Specification for door front left door 42" Specification for front right door size 32" Specifications for back door property on right 32" Specification on back property left 45" A re ajustment of post will be done As well. All metal will be painted(industrial black semi-gloss) and prime(industrial red prime). Intallation of 2 post Wood and metal fence will contain the following material that will be bought by angelswelding Material list for metal wood portion. Breckets for panel support. Angle line 1 ×1×1\8. Springs for door. The following task will be perform for this portion are indicated (below). Metal will be grinded to remove all existing rust and will be immediatly prime there will be 40 feet of top railing that must be replace due to damage of rust (metal material will be bought by cliente)one post must be replace due to damage from rust when al repairs are done and prime the painting procces will begin.all railings will be painted(paint and prime will be bought by cliente) Balcony concrete bottoms will be painted as well as scrape for unnessary paint (A/c unit metal parts will be painted)
