Your Handyman should be a person skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. That is what I do. I provide a wide variety of tasks that include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work etc. I am a hardworking individual who can oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. These tasks include but are not limited to, trade skills, repair work, maintenance work etc. I am organized and have great time management skills, and work great under pressure when we have a deadline to meet. I work quickly and diligently, I make sure that no steps are skipped and all tools and materials are available for any job. Jobs I’m willing to do. - Clean facilities regularly - Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs - Regularly perform various -landscaping tasks - Work well with concrete filling foundation cracks and leveling concrete services - Fill gaps and provide painting services - Perform lightning installation and carpeting - Repair equipment and various machines and appliances Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work - Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed My Qualifications - 10 years of experience as a handyman performing tasks listed above - 7 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment - Positive attitude and good communication skills - excellent problem solver - Attention to detail All services and jobs will be properly quoted out including materials and labor. No hidden costs. Quotes are subject to change under the conditions that the scope of the job has changed and or the square footage of the original quote has changed.
