Lee Batye responded to my request. However he only temporarily fixed my door. After several attempts to contact him about completing the project, he finally responded to me by telling me he was trying to work me in. It has now been 4 months and the project has never been completed to my satisfaction nor has he corresponded with me to tell me when he would complete the project. I have since found someone else that would fix the door for me.
