Our clients had recently moved in. We were called out to help hang some pictures, install a ceiling fan, and fix the floor. While there, the client expressed an interest in getting a deck installed. We had just recently finished an 86 foot deck, and so it began... We built a 15' x 21' pressure-treated deck in about 7 days. They said we had exceeded their expectations!

Fixit-Frank rebuilt most of a really large deck in West Chester, Ohio in July. This deck was about 20 years old, and all of the decking was in bad shape, some of the joists were bad, the stair treads and landing, and all the rails were likewise in bad shape. We remove and replaced all of the above, leaving our happy clients with an essentially new deck that should last another 20 years or beyond! The deck is 15 x 86.5 feet, and 12 feet in the air!

Fix-it Frank's personnel repaired the existing stone wall, expanding it substantially as well. Then we installed a multi-level paver patio using a local manufacturer to provide concrete pavers for the job. Our customer, the president of a national food manufacturer, was ecstatic with the results. Included in the build was a stone firepit, situated near the rock wall for seating.

This project involved heavily trimming an overgrown hedge line. A few years ago, these were individual bushes, but they became a 15 foot tall jungle. We managed to get it under control in less than 2 days. There were over 100 feet of trimming to be accomplished.

In this little project, we removed the existing toilet, vanity top, vanity, medicine cabinet, and vanity light. We layed a new laminate floor, installed a toilet, moved the junction box from the old vanity light up about a foot, installed a large, framed mirror in place of the medicine cabinet, filled in two large holes where the toothbrush holder and soap dish had been, installed two vanity cabinets together, and installed the combo vanity top/sink. In this instance, materials were not included in the cost.
