Scam!!!!! installed a new AC unit that did not work, will not respond to calls, will not make things right. You have been warned!!!

This is a fraud. Mel came to fix one of the two furnace units in my two family home. Well it broke within a week, so he came back repaired it leaves. All seems fine until I turned on the second furance, and no heat. So I called him and he claims his assistant Joe messed with it (why we don't know), and that since its their fault (I have written text and email evidence) that he'll come right over and make it right. Well he's a no show, no response, and we have reached out to him repeatedly. So here is how it's going down. I am reporting to the BBB first thing in the morning, then filing a civil suit. Do NOT use this man.

Mel added Freon and leak sealant to an AC unit at a property that I own in Colerain. He issued a 3 year warranty on the leak and freon and a 6 months warranty on labor. A week after the service, the unit stopped blowing cold air. Jamel told me that he would come out for two days in a row, then he simply stopped responding to my communication and would never solidify a time. He is not a professional. His warranty does not mean anything.
