Had a new $6.5K A/C unit installed. In less than 24 hours it crapped out. Tried calling emergency service. Haven't gotten a call back in over 7 hours. Still waiting for service ....

Once again Nelson Comfort has shown me I made a good decision! Nick, the technician who came out and answered all of my layman questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought our Furnace and Air Conditioning a couple of years ago from them and have been happy with the performance of both the AC & Furnace.
