The original mortar that existed was failing badly. Water had started leaking inside the store and the basement. Had to tuckpoint some of the building but customer decided to do the entire wall, and repair all the failing mortar not just where the water was leaking in. Some of the leak also came from the drainpipe that was failing and wasnt completely connected to the pipe inside under the rubber roof. Had to open roof connect the pipes and put a custom drain on it. Also Had to repair some flashing and redo some of the tar that was missing. It was a historic building so we used mortar saws to cut lines in the mortar then used hand chisels to get the mortar out so we didn't damage any more of the bricks. Vacuums were used when chiseling, and using the mortar saws to not let the dust in the atmosphere. We used pure limestone and sand for mortar to match the existing mortar for a good bond. Also cured the wall for 5 days.

The lady bought a shed or I guess you would call it a clubhouse its all wood even has shingles on the roof. It weighs in probably somewhere around 3,000 pounds it's 10 and a half feet by six and a half feet by seven and a half feet tall we needed a forklift and forklift arm extensions also needed the forklift at both locations the place where she bought the shed and also at her house
