Plumb Tite gave us exactly what they said they would; on time & on budget. Jason H. was very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous and answered all my questions. He explained his quote and took the time to ensure to include everything I asked for & needed. I have never had a more stress-free repair job & we are so pleased with the outcome! I called this co. a couple of years ago for frozen pipes beneath a mobile home. They came, hooked up a heater under the mobile, the driver left, was gone quite some time, when he came back the pipe had thawed and he charged me $560.00. I posted a review at the time and it certainly was not favorable, so lets do this again, VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE PRICE FOR THE TECH TO LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. PLEASE CHECK AROUND BEFORE USING THIS CO. $560.00 disgusting

I originally had them.to come out to fix a leak I had in the kitchen. They did such a great job, that I had them fix a problem I had in the bathroom on the same call. This is a great company and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. I recommend them to everyone.
