We have been providing quality roofing and contracting services since 1991. Initially founded in Louisville Kentucky, Beams made the transition to Florida after coming down in 2004 as a roofing subcontractor in the aftermath of Hurricane Charlie on the Gulf Coast. We now are headquartered in Clearwater Florida with offices in Sarasota and Tampa. We provide both residential and commercial general contracting work with a focus on new construction, additions, commercial build outs, full renovations and other substantial projects. We also provide both residential and commercial roofing for new construction, roof replacements, repairs and service contracts. We install all types of roofing including tile, metal, shingles, wood shake, single ply low slope roofing systems, modified bitumen and BUR low slope roofing systems, silicone and other liquid applied roofing systems.
