Pinch Master Bath

Dec 2015

Appalachian Developers entered this project after the previous contractors were let go. We cam in and started where the other contractors left off. We re-worked framing, installed a metal roof and were awarded the rest of the project which included this beautiful master bathroom. From bear studs, electrical, HVAC and plumbing was installed, followed by drywall and paint. Then the final touches were added with a custom ceramic tile tub surround and flooring.

1938 Home Kitchen & Living Room

Jun 2015

A complete remodel of the first floor of an original untouched 1938 home. All areas of the home were demolished to studs and new electrical, plumbing and HVAC were installed. THis specific part of the home included a new stone fireplace with custom maple mantle with a TV mounted on the wall with CAT5, electric and cable run to it. A whole house sound system was added using 8" speakers mounted in the ceiling and controlled via smartphone. The kitchen has rope inlaid maple cabinets topped with maple crown molding. Imported Italian porcelain tile was laid to accent the slate roof and concrete counter tops were added. LED under cabinet lights and nuder cabinet mounted power strips were mounted for a clean back splash. The backslash is a glass, stone and stainless mosaic tile with stainless steel bar trim. The original kitchen was originally 8' 6" x 11' and is now 11' x 21' after a load bearing wall was removed and the dining room and kitchen transformed into an eat in kitchen with a 3 stool bar top.

Milton Kitchen

May 2015

This project started out as a kitchen design consultation to see what the owner wanted to see in a new kitchen and the problems they were having with the existing kitchen. After multiple designs, one was selected but it was not a simple task. A load bearing wall had to be removed that separated the kitchen and the dining room so the space could be opened up and a larger kitchen constructed. The existing kitchen was stripped to studs and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing relocated to meet the new design. A new oak hardwood floor was installed, followed by the cabinets, granite counter tops and architectural trim work. A final coat of paint and clean up and the owner was ready to enjoy there new open kitchen.
