At Willm Construction, LLC., we recognize the importance of understanding our customers personalities in order to best suit their needs. We begin each project whether it is a remodel, renovation, an addition, screen/covered porch or small home improvement with a set of house plans. We then work together with our customers to modify interior and exterior features to fit their lifestyle. Lee has been building and remodeling houses for over 30 years. Born in Surfside Beach, SC, Lee moved to Columbia SC in 1993. He has been remodeling homes in the area since then. Lee is a licensed home builder and general contractor. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, the Green Council, and the Remodelers Council.
