BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS ILLEGAL SO-CALLED LLC. THEY ARE NOT LICENSED AND BONDED, BUT A SCAM Damages and Stolen Property: The 3 loaders the company HireAHelper.com (i.e., run by the person name Andrew) secured through their affiliate extramilemover.com (i.e., run by the person name Derrick Void) damaged my wife's office desk in their attempt to disassemble the desk to be removed from the office area in the house we moved from. (I have photos of the damages). More importantly, those guys stole my brand new unopened Big Red 3.5 Ton Garage Jack that was in my garage (I have photos of this item and can provide the purchased receipt) that I purposely left that off the truck to be put on last so I can repair the brakes on both vehicles before leaving for Florida. The day these guys were at the house loading is the last time I have seen the jack. They were the only people there in spite of what Mr. Void's unprofessional unethical, immoral harassing behavior toward me about when I contacted him about this particular issue/problem. Although, Mr. Vold was not present at the site where on the day these so-called loaders from Xtra mile moving were hired through HireAHelper.com to load the truck (i.e., I have the receipt showing the amount we paid for this help) What is so interesting about this is my wife and I decided to give these guys free items such as a $350.00 dollar Barbara battery-operated as well as two baby car seats we no longer needed to help then and their family, then they turn around and steal from us. We paid your company the company HireAHelper.com and extramilemover.com a little over $940.25 dollars for their services and tipped each person an additional $10.00 each totaling $30.00 dollars, then they turn around and steal from us. This so-called company--Xtra mile moving--should NOT contract out to HireAHeeper and any other company and both should be investigated, completely shutdown not to render service again. To respond to Mr. Void harassing question: Why I waited until July 19th to call? I wanted to be %100 percent sure the jack wasn’t put on the truck that arrived this past weekend before accused these guys of stealing my jack. In other words, when the last truck arrived at our new home in Jacksonville, Florida on Friday, July 17th, we did not actually start unloading this truck until Sunday, July 19th, and finished on July 20th. So, I follow up at the earliest when all the trucks were unloaded. In Sum, these so-called loaders caused a tremendous amount of damage to our property, as well as, stealing my brand new $ 250.00-floor jack I purchased at Pep Boys. Our primary goal is to recover the damages to the: (1) the damage desk (2) the brand new unopened floor jack that stolen floor jacks taken from the garage, Again, these guys were the only individual at the house loading the day the jack disappeared and the last time I saw it. The jack is not on either truck. We want to recover for the damages and the cost for the stolen item from the house. Again, I have photos and look forward to sending them ASAP!!
