Julian Galvin and GALPAC, LLC took downpayments on fence replacement contracts from three adjacent homeowners in Lakewood in June of 2020 and never performed any work regardless of the contract he signed. He stopped returning phone calls and emails. Julian Galvin is clearly a thief and had no intention of honoring his contract commitments.

Julian wrote up a contract took a deposit for half the project said he had a delay on the day he was supposed to come out and place the fence he since then has ignored my emails/phone calls
