Eberardos Landscape

Eberardo did an excellent job weeding all of our flower beds. He removed the old mulch and weed barrier cloth and laid new. Replaced all the flagstone and leveled the brick pavers on the patio. Very friendly and responsive to all requests. Pricing was very reasonable. I plan on using Eberardo for several other projects around my home.

I must agree with Prathish. Although he was polite and helpful the first couple of meetings, he quickly disappeared and answered only one of my phone messagess after that. His prices were outlandish and he asked for 2/3 of the total cost up front. I paid him and as soon as he got it, he was gone. He only did an hour’s work in my yard, leveling it with a weed whacker. Damn good wages for an hour, and I will take steps to retrieve the money. So disappointing.

Buyer Beware, don't fall for all of the positive reviews. I've had a business relationship with Eberardo for roughly 2 years. Initially this guy was good, and his stonework/masonry skills are adequate which he did for my flower beds. However, when it comes to actual lawn landscaping, his knowledge and skills are very limited. When he does screw up the job, he completely abandons and ghosts you with no availability to fix his mistakes. Quality is an issue and leaves a lot to be desired. He installed perennials that died within a month. Knockout roses that lasted for less than a month, but he swears he gets them from the "best" nurseries and charges you an arm and a leg too. He committed to come fix these problems and never showed up and started ignoring my messages. I chalked it up as not a big deal since he was moving his business from Carrollton location to Commerce. Fast forward a year later I reached out to him again, and he did respond. I wanted to hire him to level my yard. HUGE MISTAKE!! He did a complete hack job, leveled my yard with just "sand" and called it actual Top Soil. Charged me $90/yard for fill sand, totaling over $1500.00 with Labor. Also he didn't know that you could use a "lawn leveler" for leveling out a yard. I actually had to introduce him to the tool, that's how much of an amateur he is. My yard is sloped, and basically all the "soil" he put in started to wash out into the sidewalk. I ended up with HOA violation for having dangerous slippery sand on my sidewalk with the rain wash out. I asked him to fix this mistake several times, and he promised to come out and level some heavier soil or compost on top to prevent wash out. And he completely ghosted me again, and ignoring my messages. Now I have to constantly deal with his mistake, and have continuous erosion of this sand into my sidewalk until all of it washes out for God knows how long. For TLDR; Don't trust him with any work, he will ghost you when he screws up chronically ignoring your messages, does subpar hack jobs for landscaping but calls himself an expert and he certainly isn't cheap. So save your money and hire a real professional who knows what they're doing. I'm attaching pictures here for those who are really curious about his work quality.

Great experience with services provided. Knowledge shown and ideas proposed made it easy for us to make decisions for the project. Grass was added to the patio and 2 Cypresses planted, are now the showstoppers whenever people visit our house.
