The project was a Design-Build Greenrestomod consisting of the deconstruction and salvage of the existing first floor of the residence (84% waste diversion), re-configuration of the first floor space primarily within the existing exterior footprint, and the addition of a new second floor master suite, master bath, and office. The home utilized panelized construction, all new systems and finishes, and saved 100% of the existing foundation, site retaining walls, and floor joists. The design is primarily a contemporary modern application.
