I paid him half the money upfront to fix me a porch on April 6. To this date I have no porch done . after many promises That he would do it it has not been done. I have told him I was going to take him to small claims court but that doesn’t seem to faze him. I am getting ready to get the papers to do search. At this point, I do not want him to do the work I want my money back.Do not use him. He is not a man of his word. He will try to blame someone else but my contract was between Appalachian properties and me, no one else
