I requested a home repair through porch.com and several contractors called and would not come out and estimate the repair for any less than a $100 minimal cost. BF Rice called and wanted to observe the project prior to bidding the costs for the repair. BF bid the cost appropriately and completed the work with patience and perfection. After the Apr. 2014 hail storm I sought out the company who roofed a house down the street. The company was BF Rice Construction. I sought out this company because I observed many roofs being done on my street and none of them removed the roofing felt and many did not remove and replace the drip edge. I knew I needed some deck replaced and the only way to be sure the surface the new shingles are to be nailed to is sound is to strip it bare. I got the name and # of Trey Rice (owner of BF Rice Construction) from my neighbors down the street. His company has roofed two houses for me and I could not be more pleased. Trey was on the job site to insure the work was being done to his high standard. Trey stands behind his work, he will take care of any issues should they occur.
