Set In Stone

We had Rob tear up and repour concrete around our pool. When we uncovered it the next day the concrete was overpoured which made our liner mess up. They also cracked the coping around the pool and did not set the metal holders appropriately in the concrete. I have metal sticking up 2 inches out of the concrete when it should be flush. And to top it off hydraulic fluid leaked out of their machine all over the existing concrete. When I reached out Rob asked for pictures. Once I sent them he will NOT respond to any calls or texts. His website says he believes in doing things right. He obviously does not stand by his word. Definitely would not recommend!

Rob removed my old sidewalk and put in my new one. It is beautiful!! We love it. I could not be happier with the sidewalk and the professional and timely manner in which he did the job. Highly recommend. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could ;)

I hired Set in Stone to do my back deck in concret, only a couple of months later and there are many, many cracks in the cement, as well as discloration in what I assume is different kinds of cement. I have reached out both via email and on phone to Rob to have his schedule a time that the work can be corrected, and no returns calls or emails. Very unprofessional. To make it worse, I was going to have his company do a walk way through my backyard....unfortunatly, he will no longer get any more of my business. I am not one to share negative information about a company, however, I have given him several chances to make it right and he has chosen not to stand by his craftmanship and I certainly do not want someone else to get burned, like I did. What ever happened to people taking pride in their work and when they mess up, then they make it right?

Rob and his crew repaired our sidewalk, stone wall, and built a brick mail box for our home. They were professional and courteous in understanding and providing the design and construction of our projects. The work was exceptional and professional. We would highly recommend.
