This is Rod partner of Kent Wagoner. There are numerous issues with your work. I am off this week and expect you to be here and correct deficiencies in your work. I expect you to be here on time Kent was generous in paying you in full before the completion of the job. I understand you are using #14 of the contract for the delay. This must be completed this week. Contract had March 24th. Also I will not tolerate him talking to you in such a condescending tone. Absolutely ridiculous and saddened that you tolerate that abuse. Please let me know what day and time you will be here. Sorry but this is ridiculous Just don’t want others to get inferior work

I contacted Ken to replace a shower door in my bathroom. i live in the Deep Creek Lake area and was having hard time finding anyone. Ken and his wife did a great job to the point that he had to come back "as promised" and finished up the job. i would recommend Ken to anyone in the DCL area for any home improvement jobs.

My experience with Maraio construction was fantastic. Ken was very respectful and very knowledgeable. Once we identified the issue was not within the house but the exterior, my circumstances changed. Ken did identify the problem and was more than willing to do the job, this man went into the attic, on the roof and took the time to look at all the spaces to eliminate the issue. I felt based on the size of the job that I needed a larger company that was more specialized. He was fair and honest which is what you want in a handyman. He will be my first call when I have additional projects to work on.

He installed a Kwikset lock that works perfectly. His bid was very fair compared to others. He showed up when he said he would, understood what needed to be done and warned me of possible problems before he proceeded. Very professional, courteous, and I'll be using him again!
