My Mom and I recently moved due to my Dad's bad health and my Dad was a fix, do anything and everything person, so not having him to help has been a big adjustment. I went to Lowe's seeking handyman help and was referred to Porch.com. We hooked up with Bob and Frank at Thin Blue Line and could not be more pleased. Everything I ask for was done, ceiling fans, small door under stairs to access dead space including light fixture and switch, shower head changed, shelving and more. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Re-Tile Fireplace | May 2015 | Our customer wanted the marble removed from the fireplace and new tile put on. | $500 | Alpharetta, GA
SubFloor/Crawl Space | Apr 2015 | Unfortunately, this homeowner had an addition built without proper ventilation in the crawl space. To makes matters worse the bathroom floor and baseboards were not caulked. This resulted in serious water damage to the subfloor leaving a hole in the flooring near the tub. We patched the subfloor and replaced vinyl flooring. We also properly caulked the entire bathroom. Vents were added in the crawl space to alleviate the high humidity level under the house and for proper ventilation. | $970 | Cumming, GA
Garden | Apr 2015 | Customer requested a garden to be built and integrated into her existing retaining wall in her backyard. Unfortunately, the customer painted the boards before we could instruct her not to as treated wood needs to dry completely before painting. | $700 | Cumming, GA
Custom Outdoor Bar/Patio Remodel | Apr 2015 | We obtained a 13ft. cedar slab that was used for the bar top. The cedar slab was finished and epoxy resin was applied for a liquid glass appearance. Recessed lighting, a fan, two flood lights, an outlet placed in brick and a TV mounted onto brick were all a part of this big project. | $3k | Cumming, GA
French Door Install | Mar 2015 | Customer wanted a single door removed and french door installed. We removed the single door, framing, and partial wall. We constructed the framing with header for the french door. We installed the door, fabricated and stained the custom threshold out of oak, painted the french doors and completed all needed drywall/ trim work for the finished product. | $2k | Cumming, GA
Deck Repair | Mar 2015 | Removed 2 rotted 4x4 posts on a customer's deck. Cut to fit/notched and installed two 4x4 | $175 | Alpharetta, GA
Drywall Repair/Mold | Mar 2015 | A customer discovered water damage on a trim board. I opened up the wall, treated the area for mold, installed support bracing on each stud, and repaired and painted the drywall and installed new trim board. We discovered the AC line inlet into the house was not properly sealed which allowed water to penetrate into the wall. I removed the ineffective flashing and caulk and cut and installed a 2 piece flashing behind the pipes. I cut and installed a roof boot around the pipes and sealed the opening with expanding foam to effectively eliminate rainwater entry and extended the AC drain pipes out away from the baseplate brick. | $850 | Cumming, GA
Horse Barn & Tack Room | Oct 2013 | Built a horse barn with tack room and painted to color match the house. | $2k | Cumming, GA
