We worked with Oren from SOD builders on our master bedroom and bath, 2 additional bedrooms, laundry room and garage remodeling project. The master bedroom is appx 650sqft room that Oren and his team tore it down completely to the studs and rebuilt it. Then, they completely re-framed the room and ceiling and put in new drywalls in order to create a larger bathroom. Oren's crews did the demolition, plumbing, electrical, windows, stucco, drywall, tile, flooring, paint, and gutters outside. They also installed a new electrical sub-panel with several additional dedicated circuits for the new outlets and lighting. The master bathroom become much larger and more functional with all the new vanity, shower, bathtub and floor. The 2 additional bedrooms included all the things that we wanted to have for our kids which included a larger walk in closet with new carpet, paint, crown molding and ceiling fans. The laundry room needed to be rebuilt from zero as well and to install new wall cabinets with new drainage and faucet. We are happy with the results of the remodeling that Oren and his people did for us at the house and we have been recommending them to our family and friends as well as our neighbors. The prices for the whole remodeling was very competitive and logic. The crew was highly skilled with great communications and knowledge (each one in his own specialty) and they knew exactly how to follow the design plan while provided advises as they see them along the work. They work very efficiently, clean and without any problem. All the inspections went very smoothly and without any need to rebuild anything during the work. This was thanks to the years of experience they have been working in this industry.

Our old kitchen and laundry room needed an update and Jason from SOD builders was able to come up with a wonderful plan to maximize the space in a way that it will make the room feel much bigger. His excellent suggestions and ideas of rearrange the space was much better than any idea that we could think of. He completely understood what we wanted / needed and his suggestions for floor, back splash and appliances were all perfect. He provided us with great recommendations for vendors and more than that, he joined us to all the places where we could see and check the options of the main things such as appliances, materials and more. His work proved us that no detail was too small for him and the perfection is in fact the main goal. Throughout the process and work, Oren and the workers were very professional and polite while listening to all of our comments and concerns and they were very good at handling any problem to remove any stress from us. We couldn't imagine having done the remodel without Him. We highly recommend Jason and SOD builders.

We give Oren (from SOD builders) a 5 rating for the remodeling project that they did for us. The remodeling project involved the kitchen which includes: - Installing granite counters - New back-splash and cabinets - Relocating and installing the new stove and sink - Installing new lighting system. In addition to the kitchen, they did other few projects in other parts of the house like: - Raising the entry ceiling. - Putting in new doors, etc. We adore the completed remodeling every day since it was completed a month ago. We found SOD builders on the internet and we asked them to meet with us about in regards to the kitchen. We were fascinated with their knowledge, and design ideas. While they prepared the proposal, Sol came over to the house more than once and meet with us before we signed the contract. Once we started the work, we valued his capability to manage the project. They met with us at the cabinet maker’s shop where we saw several cabinet Designs, and they assist us with all the details. Sol did a great job with all his communications with us and with all the other people involved. Sol and the whole crew were friendly and great workers. They followed through on all fronts and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the final outcome and give our highest praises to SOD builders.

Oren & his team of workers, provide outstanding service in both the design and the installation of the new bathroom. They renovated a bathroom that required a handicap wheelchair accessible shower. I didn't want to redo the entire bathroom so Oren was happy to work very hard and to spend extra time with me to design a partial renovation that worked well with the existing bathroom. The ending results came out VERY beautiful. SOD builders’ team of people were able to finish this project on time, almost, and within our agreed upon budget. I must mention that I had some thoughts that other charges will be added to the final bill BUT Oren sup prized me and didn't add anything! - This is a good service from a great company! Oren is a perfectionist. His team is great and he's a great business owner.
