Started the 30,000 dollars worth of work including custom kitchen with a journeyman carpenter. 3/ 4 finished. After he left Owner ignored the project they flooded the basement breaking a waterline and ignored fixing it. They also dented a brand new Samsung dishwasher door and a brand new Samsung microwave door both visible and walked away from that also. They would be ok until they get a bigger job than 30 grand that I always paid promptly - they walked away after a bit over 18000 of it (paid in full) and left 12000 on the table. Short staffed. P.s. Never have them paint anything. They tried twice to paint the foyer and it looks like a kid did it Owner never did a final walkthrough nor was responsive to most of my calls or texts thru out the project Oh well I’ll start out with a better contractor to remedy the basement damage first.
