Mr. Lark Walker a native of Newton Mississippi, Mr Walker resided in Dallas over 40 years. He gained his intial experience in the construction industry through working for Payless Cash Ways Lumber Company for over 15 years. He obtained educational training that expanded at El Centro College, Cedar Valley College and Kaplan University. Mr. Walker has been a project manager in the construction industry for numerous construction companies in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex. Mr. Walker founded the LW Construction Company and has been the successful owner since 1984. As a general contractor the company LW Construction primary focus on the residential and commerical side of the industry which consisted of single and multifamily dwellings. The company has gained a strong reputation as a new home builder and specializes in remodeling and renovations. In addition, Mr. Walker is widely known as an excellent material specialist able to find uncommon materials for new construction or remolding of older structures (e.g. special types of wood, roofing materials, siding, and flooring). The company provides project cost estimation, blue print take-offs for new construction and material take-offs for remodeling.
