Large Solutions

I tried 3 different times to meet with Mr. Large. He apparently is too busy to need my business. I understand being busy, but none of the 3 times did he give me advance notice that he would not be arriving as arranged. I left work early to meet him, only to be told 10 minutes before our appointment time that he was not coming. We rescheduled for the next day - with the understanding that I could not leave work early again. He arrived this time, but came early and only left a card at my front door - no call to ask when I would be there, etc. When I texted to ask about his early arrival, I was told that he was "too busy" and basically cam by when he could. After several text messages and me sending pictures of what I needed done. we agreed that he would come by on Saturday before noon to collect the pieces of furniture. At 10 minutes before noon, I texted to see if he knew when he would be coming. He stated that he was 45 minutes to an hour out. I agreed to wait, even though I had errands I needed to run. An hour later, he said to please not wait on him because he had a piece break. I then stated that my issue was needing to get these done ASAP. He never responded and has since removed himself from my project. I understand when appointments can not be kept, but I do feel strongly in customer service and giving a notice and open communication. Apparently he has enough business that mine was not needed.
