Terrible experience- Called DAVE 21 for a leak that flooded the bedroom & closet. He concluded the leak( from a pipe under the foundation ) was located 2ft in any direction from the Bedroom door. Pipe was over 3ft away in closet and no leak after breaking concrete. then dug up the front hallway and pipe was not leaking there either. Dave returns days later and says water is running all over- by the laundry room, kitchen, etc. that's not leak detection. Hallway is now dug up and tile gone due to his Faulty detection. He left and bolted out the house , no refund and I have damaged hallway and closet due to his negligence in leak detection. He won't answer his phone, He hasn't sent a refund. Don't use this business I just hired American Leak Detection and they located it in the kitchen over 14 feet away from the place he claimed the leak was. He doesn't respond to any mistakes he makes which caused damage to my house . :You'll be sorry if you use him.

Dave 21 crew fixed our deeply clogged sink effectively, as quickly as possible. They got back to us to set up the appointment very quickly. They completed the whole process with great caution and tidiness. We hope we don't have any issues again, but if we face such then we will definitely use this company again. Will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks for the great service!

They quoted me a reasonable price for a drain clean out. Showed up on time with friendly and an awesome attitude. Work was completed promptly and skillfully. I will absolutely use Dave 21 plumbing again.

Great company responded quickly, reasonable charges. I had a good feeling with this plumbing company. Dave 21 were very punctual. They knew what he was doing and seemed comfortable doing it. It was greatly appreciated. You guys are the best! I would recommend to anyone. Highly recommended true professionals !!!
