*UPDATE* per Ms. Tabatha at the Florida Wage and Labor Commission, Omri Levi has stated he will call her back, but has not done so and I am going to have to file suit against #GreenHomesGroup Save your money! They are middle men, not contractors. They sell you a job and then hire a roofing/window co etc to do the work. For example, a roofing job for that would cost $19,000 with a roofer, will run about $27,500 with them. There are more ethical companies/people to give your business/hard earned money to. Some of the good reviews are fake. I see Shy and his wife did one, so did he old assistant. This was the most abusive work environment I have ever witnessed! They want their money on time, but have no problem playing with their employees/vendors/contractors’ money. They had to enact a rule, if we don’t get our check on payday by 12PM we had to ask! It is unacceptable for an employee to have to ask/remind their boss to pay them! There go to tactic is to tell you to ask the other one, or yell at you and become angry/aggressive to make you stop asking for the money YOU WORKED FOR! They are always changing the rules to make you be wrong/blame you, because not only do they never take responsibility for their mistakes, while berating you for yours, they can’t stand to be proven wrong! Gil Levi – made me choose between my commission and my overtime. He told me I could leave if I didn’t like it, that he’d be fine because he has another company (Liad Investments). The 2nd time I quit was because I told him to stop yelling at me and he said that now my commission is going to take another 2/3 weeks because he works on his time, not mine. He changed the amounts of my commission 2x because “his partners didn’t want to give it to me.” When I reported his “partner’s” (brother) abuse all he said was “don’t take it personally.” Omri “Danny” Levi – has been physically aggressive/intimidating, coming at me in an aggressive manner, I thought he was going to hit me, on multiple occasions. On one of those occasions he physically learned over me, brushed against me, to wiggle the phone cord so my call would drop. Because according to him, he and his partners are more important than the person on the phone and I’m supposed to hang up or put them on hold when one of them comes in the room. He has yelled at me, cursed at me, and is always calling people “idiot” and “moron!” He called me a “STUPID AMERICAN” because I didn’t understand something about the financing. Granted,. I told him and Gil on multiple occasions that I have a learning disability and it was hard for me, and would take a while before I get it. He made a negative reference about the way “Americans work,” in regard to my African American coworker! He berated and humiliated me in front of his partner and my coworker because I told a customer his name is “Danny.” When I started working there, the office lady at the time, another aggressive person (a female version of “Danny”) gave me a pink post it with everyone’s name and the “American” name they go by, his was “Danny.” Several coworkers confirmed to me that they, along with myself have heard him on the phone telling people his name is “Danny.” Shy Biton – Likes to talk to people like their dogs/second class citizens. He’s always blaming his assistants for things that are not their fault and expects people to read his mind. Has specifically told me not to do something and them berated me because, “why wasn’t it done?” He berated me when he got a letter from the state about me, like he was going to beat me or something. My rent is now due and I can’t pay it because these fools love playing with people’s money. I initially removed an earlier version of this post because I got a borderline threatening voice message from Gil Levi and he assured I’d get my money. My money is nowhere in sight and I had to get the state involved and that’s still going to take time!
