Pernell Green Contracting

This is an extension of my first review. I thought I could post pictures of the unsatisfactory work Mr. Green did, but I am sorry I was mistaken.

I hired Mr Green for a project, and can say that I am highly dissatisfied with his professionalism and the manner in which my tenant and I have been treated over the last few weeks. Mr. Green claims to be a professional with years of experience, yet after being fully paid, he has left repairs unfinished, and has refused to keep this word time after time. Mr. Green gave me a time period of 2 weeks to finish the job, and here it has been going on 6 weeks, and the work is still not completed. He has made one excuse after the other, and does not keep appointments, nor does he gives explanation as to why he doesn't show up. Here are some descriptions and pictures of his unsatisfactory work. Buckled vinyl flooring after installation, unsealed/no caulking around sinks causing leaks, unsecured divider strip causing tripping, unprotected wiring under kitchen sink, water leaks from unsatisfactory plumbing, glue stains on lamented flooring after installation, glue stains on countertop, because of incorrect measurements, cabinets and cabinet doors had to be reordered twice, and we still don't have doors, and plumbing leaks still have not been fixed, just to name a few. I have posted pictures for viewing of unsatisfactory and unfinished work. Mr. Green talks a good story at first, but once he gets the money, it's another story.
