A 1990s master bath needed updated - we removed the 32x32" shower and replaced it with one 48x72" that sports a wall of glass, solid surface base and bench and Gorgeous gray 12x24" tile and twill metal accent; the corner jaccusi tub was removed; and the oak / solid surface cabinet was replaced with a floating bamboo cabinet, quartz countertops and porcelain under-mount sinks. The heated floor is covered with. 3x36" plank in grays and soft white; the modern toilet has a covered base, dual flush, comfort height and soft close lid; there is even an in-drawer outlet for a blow dryer.

A client has a tiny bathroom, a sitting area and a 7x7' closet and wanted to make a bathroom with a statement and elbow room. We gutted the three rooms, made the ceiling cathedral, and create a new bathroom. Features include: 42x60" walk-in shower with ragno tile, bronze accent and a large niche; a 55" restoration hardware vanity with matching tiles top and vessel sink; an impressive laundry room; 9' of closet and 9' of extra storage above; french doors with stained glass transom above and beautiful mercury glass lighting throughout.

The Astria Berlin Lights linear fireplace is open on two sides, has green glass media, stainless steel surround and lights to add more ambiance. The fascia is stone and the cap is a slab of 2" thick limestone.

A reclaimed walnut dry sink and porcelain sink were added to this outside space adjacent to the kitchen. The dry sink was polyurethaned, the plumbing added through the 18" wall, and cut out were made to drawers and the back to accommodate the plumbing. It's so functional and farm house rustic.
