Mint Condition is a home improvement company that provides top of the line work in all home improvement projects including: Carpentry, exterior/ interior painting, Dry wall repair, Deck removal and repair, Landscaping and Pressure cleaning to all areas such as wooden fence, concrete driveways, sidewalks, homes, office, oil stains, removal of paint, pool deck cleaning. We are based in Apopka Florida, but we travel anywhere in and surrounding Orlando. We have been in business for 13 years now and we make sure we do a great job on all areas at a reasonable price. We are also a licensed and insured company. we believe in quality over quantity. We take pride in our work to be sure the job is done correct the first time in a timely manner.

Mint condition pressure washed my retaining walls, column gates, and free standing garage. they did an excellent job, my neighbors have just hired them for their home. i would definitely recommend them.

Very good job, Everything was done correct, they pressure washed my driveway and cleaned my red bricks thats around my garden and full of algae. they move at a great pace, very respectful as well. i plan to use these guys in the near future.

Very great job, i called he came and he started immediately, he was very professional and respectful. he got the job done. he not only pressure washed my home removing all algae, dirt, filth, and rust and also removed the oil stains from my driveway and brighten up my entire driveway. he did a fantastic job. i would really recommend him
