Do not hire. Contracted in August of 2018. Paid 40K. Significant delay in initiating work. Thereafter, intermittent work for a few weeks. After that, no work performed for the past three weeks. The contractor does not respond to text messages, emails, or telephone calls. The only thing this guy is good at is cashing checks. This is the worst experience I have ever had with contract services. A follow-up review will be posted every week.
