RDB REMODELING

Mr White came to our home for initial estimate on a full gut and remodel, we enjoyed what Mr White had offered us, and wanted to move forward. I was told he would get me a firm estimate the following Monday. I never heard from Mr White again and tried to call several times. I then used Porch to find another contractor and RDB Remodeling was a suggested company. Mr White called me within 2 hours! I reminded him that he was at our home recently and that we never heard back with a firm estimate. He then remembered us and said he simply forgot about this project but he had the estimate in front of him. Great, that price sounds reasonable and Mr White said that him and his son would come to the house and take measurements. Again, nothing was heard from Mr White, even though we placed many more phone calls to him. During my second call with Mr White from the Porch recommendation, I politely asked Mr White if he was not interested in this project feel free to tell us especially if this was a project he did not care to carry out. Mr White replied he would absolutely like to do this remodel, and it should be a fun project. We would have LOVED to work with RDB Remodeling and his team. Mr White is a wonderful, friendly person, he just keeps forgetting us and our project. We actually live very close to Mr White and often see his truck as it passes our home.
