OCC Construction is a Residential Design-Build Firm & General Building Contractor serving Los Angeles and Orange Counties and specializes in major Residential Construction, Renovation, and Remodel Projects, with each Project managed by the Principal and all work performed by our in-house team of skilled, professional craftsmen from start to finish. We thoroughly understand the various complex procedures and components that are involved in Residential Remodeling, allowing us to apply our firm grasp of various disciplines and trades to provide you with the Home of your Dreams, from Conceptual Design, the Build, to the Finish. Upon contacting us, we provide a complimentary consultation in initially discussing your Project. As a Design-Build Construction Company, we are also competent in drafting and providing Architectural and Structural Plans/Blueprints for our Clients' Projects, saving them the hassle of the legwork involved prior to "Day 1." Additionally, all Cabinetry and Finish Carpentry for our Clients' Homes are custom fabricated in our Shop to ensure a perfect fit without the use of "filler" components. We also collaborate with our artisan Partners at Cali-Stone in finishing off our Cabinetry with the Countertop of our Clients' Dreams. We look forward to working with you in providing the utmost professional service. Our Company takes pride in the personal attention and care that we provide to each of our Clients.
