Richard was one of 3 contractors we interviewed to help with construction when we were opening our first business venture. He wasn't the lowest price out of the 3 bids, and he was upfront that he wouldn't try to "low ball" anyone else because he stands behind his materials and the quality of his work. We decided to hire Richard for our new business build out, and I can tell you that I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. He was easy to talk with and spoke in terms that I could understand since I didn't have any construction experience. He answered any of my questions in a timely manner and was constantly in touch with me either by phone or in our store throughout the construction. His team was equally impressive. They arrived timely, completed their tasks on time, and were professional. The job was completed on time, and we were able to opened on time. I would recommend Atlanta Construction Solutions to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working company. This June will be our 2 year anniversary since we've opened, and Richard continues to check in with us to see if we doing okay. We are proud to say that we've had no issues at all.

Richard came and looked at my project on July 23 for car wash ceiling replacement in bays. 5 weeks later and I never received a quote. No one answers my calls or texts now. Disappointing.

We had Atlanta Construction Solutions come help us complete a bathroom renovation project we had started. They installed a large custom built and tiled shower, installed tile floors, dry walled the bathoom, and re-configured the electrical and plumbing. Richard was great to work with. He was in contact with us on a daily basis to see how the project was progressing, see if we were satisfied with the work and to schedule the next day or days work. He was very flexible to work around our schedule. We were impressed with Richard and the workers that performed the work. We would highly recommend Atlanta Construction Solutions.

Richard and his team were very thorough and professional. Richard kept in constant contact thru out the process since I had to work. They cleaned work area well and straightened up before leaving each day. They were on time and able to work thru changes in the project mid-way thru. What I liked most was the detailed explanations that Richard provided on why and how things should be done. I would definitely recommend them.
