Terrible experience. They took 2 weeks to call back to schedule my gutter cleaning. Then they cancelled and rescheduled it 2 more weeks later. Then they cancel again the day of. The guy (I think his name is Mike) says that they probably won’t get to it that day and he can schedule it for the following Monday. I tell him since if they’re not coming today to just cancel it and he copped an attitude with me and said they had other jobs to do. I was an existing customer. You canceled on me twice. Why would I believe you’re actually gonna show up the 3rd time? How are you gonna cop an attitude with me when you’re the one who can’t do your job? Don’t book appointments if you can’t actually show up. Disgustingly bad customer service. Choose any other company over these clowns.

Triangle Home Detailing has cleaned our gutters and washed our house for the past 4 years and they have always done a wonderful job. They are easy to communicate with and the crews are kind and have great attention to detail.
