Please do not use Top Home Solution. Javier and his crew came to our home to paint rooms. Although they did a decent job on painting our walls, they spilled a large amount of paint on our bedroom carpet and paint spots in other rooms on carpet areas around where they painted. He never mentioned anything about the paint spills to me. I happened to see the paint spills when they moved on to the next room to paint. They also had several running paint spots on the walls where they painted. Our carpet was just replaced in our home a year ago, so the carpet was fairly new. Javier was paid and gave me his word that he would come back to make sure he would get the paint out of carpet and fix any paint spots after the walls dried. I paid for a carpet cleaning company to come to our home to try to remove paint out of carpet, which they were not able to get the paint out of the carpet. I called and spoke to Javier about this and he assured me that he would come to our home to correct these damages that his company made. He lied and never showed. He stop answering his phone and responding to my text messages. This company has poor customer service, bad business ethics, and damages your property and avoids correcting their mistakes.
